
Ingredients
- Cooked sushi rice 250 g
- Seaweed 1 pc
- Slice cheese 1 pc
- Chicken ham 1 pc
- Hard boil egg 1
- Cherry tomatoes 3
- Carrot ½
- Japnese cucumber ½
- A handful lettuce
- Chicken 150 g
- Teriyaki sauce 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Skewers 2
Method
- Marinate chicken with teriyaki sauce and sugar. Set aside.
- Grill chicken in Fotile oven for 15 minutes for 200 – 220C. Set aside to cool.
- Take a handful of sushi rice then place onto cling wrap. Make it into shape of bunny.
- Next take a small portion of rice to make the ears. Place onto cling wrap to shape it.
- Cut seaweed to form the eyes, nose and ears.
- Decorate with ingredients provided.
- To assemble mix and match vegetables to the kids liking.
