White Radish Peanut Soup

Ingredients

  • White Radish, peeled and cut into pieces 200 gm
  • Spare Ribs 300 gm
  • Carrots 50 gm
  • Raw Peanuts (Soaked) 30 gm
  • Scallion, thinly sliced 1 spring
  • White Peppercorns (Cracked) 10
  • Red Dates 6
  • Water 2 L
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Place water, spare ribs, white radish, carrots, raw peanuts, red dates and white peppercorn in a large pot and bring to boil.
  2. Simmer for 2 hours in low heat.
  3. Season with salt, put in scallions and serve.
