
Ingredients
- White Radish, peeled and cut into pieces 200 gm
- Spare Ribs 300 gm
- Carrots 50 gm
- Raw Peanuts (Soaked) 30 gm
- Scallion, thinly sliced 1 spring
- White Peppercorns (Cracked) 10
- Red Dates 6
- Water 2 L
- Salt to taste
Method
- Place water, spare ribs, white radish, carrots, raw peanuts, red dates and white peppercorn in a large pot and bring to boil.
- Simmer for 2 hours in low heat.
- Season with salt, put in scallions and serve.
