
Ingredients
- Whole Chicken 1 nos
- Garlic, Crushed 6 cloves
- Paprika 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Canola Oil/Sunflower Oil 5 tbsp
- Black Pepper Crush 1/2 tsp
Method

- Preheat the oven to 180oC.
- In a small bowl, mix well the crush garlic, paprika, salt, oil and black pepper crush.
- Rub the chicken with the spices mixture.
- Place the chicken on a baking tray.
- Roast the chicken for 45 minutes.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then serve the chicken surround by the side dishes on a board.
