
Ingredients
- Chicken drumsticks 6 pcs
Marinade (ground)
- Turmeric powder 1 ½ tbsp
- Stalks Lemongrass 8 – 10
- Kaffir lime leaves 6 pcs
- Cold butter 20 g
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Grated ginger 1 tbsp
- Fish sauce 4-5 tbsp
- Palm sugar / honey 3 tbsp
- White pepper ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
Method
- Mix marinades together and add in chicken. Ensure chicken is pat dry before marinating. Marinate for 30-45 minutes.
- Place chicken on parchment paper and grill over a hot oven at 200°C for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
